Daniel Neaton represented O’Halloran Realty Company Associates in the sale of 270 Saugatuck Avenue, Westport, CT. The stately brick and stone office building is zoned for commercial use and was the former headquarters to William Phelps Eno and Eno Foundation in the late 1800’s.
