The 9,100 RSF boutique fully leased office building, formerly owned by Leifer Properties, was sold to ACM Realty. This off-market transaction marked the second sale to ACM Realty by SCRE. SCRE represented ACM in the purchase of 20 Bay Street, Westport in the summer of 2018.
