Penny Wickey and Daniel Neaton represented Newman’s Own Foundation in the successful lease of 1111 Post Road East, Westport. The 4,147 SF building was leased to Connecticut Community Bank. Belinda Scanlon of the Bernard Realty Group represented the Tenant. The building is strategically located at the corner of Post Road East and Morningside Drive and was formerly occupied by TD Bank. Connecticut Community Bank is a full-service community bank and mortgage provider serving customers in Connecticut. The bank is headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut and was founded in 1998. The bank will be relocating their Westport branch at 1495 Post Road East in Westport to this new location.
