Penny Wickey, Principal, Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate along with Drew Sigfridson and Claire Richardson of the Boulos Company represented the medical group. Jim Harnden of Harnden Commercial Brokers represented the Landlord, 400 Southborough LLC, in completing this transaction.
