Westport, CT – Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) is pleased to have represented Terra Gaucha in leasing their first Connecticut location. Terra Gaucha is a Florida based (Tampa and Jacksonville) Brazilian barbecue restaurant where meat is prepared churrasco style. Terra Gaucha plans to open their doors in mid-May in the Stamford Town Center, in the former Cheesecake Factory space. The 8,000 SF restaurant will include a full-service bar, four private dining spaces, a main dining area that will accommodate 200 patrons and a 40-seat patio. According to the managing partner of Terra Gaucha in a news release, “In addition to great food, Terra Gaucha employees are trained to deliver the ultimate guest experience,” Melo said. “Team members are extremely attentive, making sure each guest has a wonderful experience.”
