Troy brings over 25 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. His areas of expertise encompass all aspects of the food service industry including real estate, construction, operations, marketing, finance, and human resources.
Troy’s experience includes a leadership role as the Managing Partner of the McDonald’s Corporation in Hartford, CT. He later relocated to New York City to assume an internal business consulting role within the organization. His business unit led the market in comparable sales increases.
In 2003, Troy became a Franchisee of Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern. During his tenure as a Bennigan’s Franchisee, Troy developed two locations and acquired two others.
Troy joined the Jersey Mike’s organization in 2013. He was the Operating Partner of a Franchisee group, serving as the Area Director for Southern New England. He led the development and operations for six wholly owned and 11 sub-franchised locations. These locations are now among the highest performing units in the system.
Beginning in 2020, Troy joined the SCRE Emerging Brand Development team as a Consultant
