Erika brings over a decade of experience in business development, partnerships, and strategy across the finance, wellness, and lifestyle sectors. Most recently, she led Partnerships at Ness, a healthy credit card startup where she identified, negotiated, and launched strategic collaborations with leading health and wellness brands including Sweetgreen, Parsley Health, HigherDOSE, Exhale Spa, and Solidcore. She played a key role in developing the brand’s premium credit card benefits program and rewards marketplace, leveraging data insights to create value for both partners and consumers.
Prior to Ness, Erika held roles at BNP Paribas, Barclays, and American Express where she managed business operations and strategic initiatives for global divisions.
Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University and now lives in Park Slope, Brooklyn with her family.
In addition to conventional brokerage, Erika will play a lead in Emerging Brand Development with SCRE offering advisory services to emerging, expanding retailers. Erika is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in New York.
