Westport, CT – Dan Neaton of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented Boot Barn in successfully leasing their fourth Connecticut location at Waterford Commons on 903-915 Hartford Turnpike Waterford, CT. The western-wear store plans extensive renovations to the interior of the former 9,880 SF Party City. Renovations are planned to begin in the Spring of 2026 with an opening date planned in late Q3 2026. The Waterford location is the fifth location that SCRE has successfully executed on Boot Barn’s behalf – other sites include Manchester, Milford, Plainville and Warwick, RI.
