The Southbrooke campus totals 40,000 SF and includes two 20,000 SF buildings. In early June, NeuroScience and Spine Associates, PL (NASA) signed a lease for 20,000 SF to occupy all of Building 100, operating an MRI facility and an Ambulatory Surgical Center. Darren DiFilippo, FUGE LLC, represented NASA in the transaction. Building 200 has been leased to several tenants including a Dentist, an Urgent Care Group, a MedSpa, a PT group and an ASC facility.
Westport based Gault Family Companies is the Developer for Southbrooke Medical on 6750-6770 Immokalee Road. Penny Wickey of SCRE brokered the land sale of the five-acre lot to the Gault Family Companies in November 2020.
