The facility’s sole tenant is Northern Virginia CareNow Urgent Care, LLC – who will continue to lease 6,2367 SF. CareNow Urgent Care is an accredited, nationwide urgent care clinic that provides urgent care services to children, adults and seniors.
SCRE and Scheer Partners began marketing the building in May and the initial offer for purchase was delivered in July 2025. The property sold for over $3,000,000 and closed at the end of September
