O’Reilly Signs Six Leases in NE

Westport, CT – Dan Neaton and Nate Greenberg of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented O’Reilly Auto Parts in successfully finalizing six leases over the last 14 months.  In Brockton and Haverhill, MA, O’Reilly leased 35,000 SF and 10,144 SF respectively.  O’Reilly signed a lease for 6,600 SF in Plaistow, NH.  In Connecticut, SCRE represented O’Reilly in securing leases for 7,300 SF in Norwalk, 9,378 SF in Bridgeport, and 10,000 SF in Danbury.  Dan and Nate represent O’Reilly Auto Parts throughout New England and all sites should be submitted directly to them at SCRE
